• Usage data. Pages viewed, approximate location (country/region level), device type, browser and referring site. This is collected through analytics and advertising services and is used in aggregate.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider records IP addresses and request metadata for security and reliability purposes, retained for a limited period.
• Information you send us. If you email us, we keep your message and address in order to reply.

We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not sell personal data.

Weather data is requested from Open-Meteo. These requests are made by our servers, so your browser is not exposed to the provider and no personal data of yours is sent to it. The radar map is embedded from Windy, which may set its own cookies when the map loads.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. Contact contact@weatherdakhla.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

We may update this policy as the site evolves. The “last updated” date at the top always reflects the current version.
